High 5 HIIT #3 and #4

I'm delinquent in writing these but I have been keeping up with the workouts!

#3 

5 push-ups - 10 squats - 15 dips - 20 alt. lunges - 5 jumping jacks
5 squats - 10 dips - 15 alt. lunges - 20 push-ups - 5 jumping jacks
5 dips - 10 alt. lunges - 15 push-ups - 20 squats - 5 jumping jacks
5 alt. lunges - 10 push-ups - 15 squats - 20 dips - 5 jumping jacks
50 second plank

Three Rounds / Five Exercises per Round / Perform Each Exercise Twice / 20 sec on 10 sec off
